Note: they also do roof installations, not just repairs. It was the weekend when I found their information online, so I filled out the request form on their website to have them call me during regular business hours. They promptly responded on Monday, provided me with a written quote the same day, and were able to get me scheduled in by the end of the same week. Very polite, professional, and on time. Turns out, I only needed some caulking around the chimney and some added roofing nails on some of the shingles. We just had a heavy rain, and everything seems to be as it should. I had previously had two other well-known roofing companies in the Tyler area come out and look at the same problem. Both said they couldn't be sure what the issue was, but if I basically agreed to $2500+ in repairs, it "might" fix it. It's important to note that one of those companies didn't even step foot on my roof because he didn't have the right shoes with him. And yet he was able to quote me. In the end, my roof is fixed for less than 1/5 of the lowest of the two quotes I received from others. I was very happy with Tyler Roof Repair, and will definitely be keeping them in mind when the time comes for a complete roof replacement.
